Personalized Items
Personalized items cannot be returned as they are custom-made upon order. However, in case of defects or incorrect engraving, they can be returned within the first 2 days.

Additional Exceptions

  • Damaged items cannot be returned after 14 days, regardless of the nature of the damage. There is no right of return in such cases.
  • Repairs are only authorized within the first 14 days.
    • Repairs or replacement of jump rings after this period cost €16 (this price includes shipping costs).
  • Earrings are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom orders (e.g., custom necklaces, name necklaces, handmade rings) are excluded from warranty claims.
  • Reduced items or items purchased with a discount code are non-returnable.

For All Other Jewelry Items

  1. Complete a withdrawal form (see below) before returning. Notify us by email of the return.
  2. Provide the tracking number via email after shipment (packages must be sent insured).
  3. Return the jewelry in its original condition and packaging. Do not remove any filler material or contents.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • You, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the goods (in the case of a single order delivered together);
  • You, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the last item (in the case of multiple items in one order delivered separately);
  • You, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the last partial shipment or piece (in the case of goods delivered in multiple shipments or pieces).

To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You must inform us (Kim Seitz, Sudetenstrasse 32, 82515 Wolfratshausen, Phone: +49 160 9565 4523, Email: sydneykimstz@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the delivery of goods not pre-fabricated and made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
  • For the delivery of perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date;
  • For the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the conclusion of the contract but can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the trader;
  • For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

  • For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • For the delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
  • For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
